EnSenSys consists of a diverse set of individuals bringing together a unique collaboration of technologies and trade crafts to develop solutions applicable to addressing the critical challenges to minimize the effects of the current pandemic and preventing future pandemics.
OUR MISSION.
Develop and deploy applications and solutions to provide rapid mass screening to identify viral presence in effluent breath. We are developing these solutions to result in healthy and safe environments across many industries and environments.

EnSenSys solutions are cutting-edge technology to revolutionize how infectious diseases are identified, managed, and mitigated! Our goal is to eliminate/minimize need for social distancing by providing secure work, entertainment, and commercial venues that permit our nation and economy to return to pre-pandemic operations with confidence and trust.

Chief Executive Officer
"Glad" graduated from The University of Tennessee at Martin (UTM) with a degree in agriculture and a commission in the Marine Corps. During his 36 years of service, he flew over two dozen different aircraft, led Marines ashore and afloat around the world, served on joint and combined staffs and in senior service positions managing multi-billion dollar budgets and programs. Since retiring, he has continued as a national security expert focusing on food, energy, and climate security. In 2014, he co-founded Farmspace Systems LLC. a provider of remote sensing equipment and software.
WANDA CASTELLAW
Manager Policy and Compliance
Wanda has 30+ years of success in planning and management of short-fused, high-visibility projects. She is an expert in managing dispersed work teams, using collaborative tools in a virtual environment, leading development of solutions for unusually complex issues requiring ingenuity and innovation for resolution. Wanda has supported multiple Army, Navy, and Marine proposals and contracts. For EnSenSys, she manages policy and compliance oversight and documentation.
DR. JERRY DUNLAP
Executive Vice President/Senior Business Director
Jerry was a pioneer in the development of the internet. In 1995 he co-founded an internet connectivity startup, ISDN-Net, the first in TN, recruiting Gibson Guitar as their first customer. With this first Linux-based firewall, Jerry generated a rapid rise in revenue and customer base with the company named in 1997 the fastest growing business in Middle Tennessee. Jerry co-owned 5 data centers in TN and oversaw, as CEO, 5 profitable acquisitions growing them substantially before selling all ISP assets in 2012. An experienced and proven entrepreneur, his association with Farmspace Systems, LLC began in 2015

Chief Technology Officer
Al brings 39 years of experience as an innovative action-focused problem solver, senior advisor/technical program manager, solution developer, and operational consumer of decision support systems to every challenge he faces. While others seem to talk about the “art of the possible,” Al does it, as exemplified by his invention of Multi-Source Analyst Ready Information (US Patent: 10346446) which is the reference model for true multi-source information fusion, correlation and a framework for predictive analysis.
DERICK SEATON, CAPT USAF RET.
Chief Logistics and Sustainment Officer
Derick, a career Air Force officer, was an enlisted aircraft technician for 14 years. He then became an Aviation Maintenance Officer and led Air Force maintenance and logistics teams before finishing his service at the University of Tennessee Air Force Reserve Officer Training Unit. Derick worked with the military drone provider ISR Group after retirement. He oversaw safety and compliance. He is Air Force Association State President and on the Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) Aviation Advisory Board. He co-founded Farmspace Systems, LLC in 2014.

36yr US Air Force/Air Force Reserve career with experience in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics - Executive Leader, Strategic Planning, Corp Governance, and Enterprise Policy and Workflow Development and Optimization, Organizational Health and Mission readiness assessments.
30+ year career with private and publicly held corporations in Business Development/Operations, Program Management, Business Capture Strategies, Data-driven Process Design/improvement, Organization development.
Dr. Scott Strome
Chief Medical Officer
Our newest team member, formerly the Dean of the UTHSC School of Medicine. Dr. Strome was named the "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2011 and again by the University of Maryland in 2013. In addition to being a cancer researcher of international renown, his scientific efforts have resulted in over 120 publications in prominent clinical journals.
